Закупівля згідно постанови КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022р., п.11 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Постачання товару (М'якоть без кістки свинна, охолоджена, ДСТУ 4590; Філе куряче, охолоджене, ДСТУ 3143) здійснюється мінімальними партіями згідно заявок Замовника … та у ті робочі дні, які необхідно Замовнику. Заявка визначається Замовником в залежності від фактичної потреби та надсилається Замовником Постачальнику за допомогою засобів зв’язку (поштою, факсом, особисто, тощо). Поставка здійснюється щоденно у робочі дні з 5-30 до 7-00 відповідно до попередньо поданої заявки Замовника. Замовник здійснює оплату Товару Постачальнику по факту поставки товару протягом 30 календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару за наявності відповідного бюджетного фінансування Замовника.У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок здійснюється по факту поставки товару протягом 14 днів з дня надходження коштів на рахунок на вказані цілі.
