Розрахунки проводяться у національній валюті шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, на підставі видаткової накладної, наданої Постачальником. 4.2. Моментом оплати за поставлений Товар є дата списання коштів з відповідного банківського рахунку Замовника. 4.3. Оплата за Товар здійснюється Замовником впродовж 10 (десяти) робочих днів після фактичної поставки Товару, на підставі належно оформлених первинних документів (видаткової накладної). Обсяги закупівлі товару можуть бути зменшені з урахуванням наявних кошторисних призначень Замовника, шляхом укладання додаткової угоди до Договору.
