ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УМОВ ЗАКУПІВЛІ Місце поставки (передачі) електричної енергії (згідно проєкту договору). Умови … оплати: Післяоплата. Оплата акту прийняття-передавання Постачальника має бути здійснена Споживачем у строк не меншим 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання його Споживачем, або в строк, визначений у комерційній пропозиції, прийнятій Споживачем. Розрахунковим періодом є 1 календарний місяць. Ціна електричної енергії розраховується за формулою : Цфакт = (Цод*(1+К/100)+T)*1,2; де: Цфакт – вартість електричної енергії за розрахунковий період; «Цод» – ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії. «Цод» для даної процедури закупівлі не може бути нижчою прогнозованої ціни РДН ОЕС, яка для даної закупівлі становить – 6,327783 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ. Дане значення визначено як середньозважену ціну на РДН у торговій зоні «Об'єднана Енергетична Система» за 20 (двадцять) днів вересня 2024 року (період з 1-го по 20-те число ) за даними ДП «Оператор ринку», розміщеними на його веб-сайті www.oree.com.ua. «Цод» не включає ПДВ, Т, К. Для обрахунку очікуваної вартості закупівлі Замовник бере до розрахунку вищезазначений показник «Цод» з урахуванням індикатора діапазону можливого коливання ціни в періоді постачання. Замовник встановлює величину цього індикатора однакову для всіх Учасників до 10 % . «Т» – тариф на передачу електричної енергії встановлюється постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» від 09.12.2023 № 2322 «Т» є регульованою складовою ціни Договору – 0,52857 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ. «1,2» - математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ – 20%), яке нараховується згідно Податкового кодексу України. «К» – коефіцієнт прибутковості Постачальника (маржа, вартість послуг Учасника), запропонований Учасником у відсотках від загальної ціни тендерної пропозиції (Цод), % *. *Примітка: «К» – коефіцієнт прибутковості Постачальника (маржа, вартість послуг Учасника), що визначається Учасником у ціні своєї пропозиції, не може бути величиною від’ємною. Прохання враховувати свої реальні можливості, у разі надання пропозиції.
