На кожну партію палива видаються талони встановленого зразку з номіналом 10 або 20 л., за якими безпосередньо буде здійснюватися заправка … автотранспорту Замовника. Паливні талони, надані Замовнику Постачальником, мають строк дії з дати їх видачі Замовнику не менше ніж до кінця 2024 року. Паливні талони, що залишились у Замовника після закінчення строку їх дії, Постачальник зобов’язується замінити на паливні талони нового зразку або буде подовжено строк їх дії, у тому числі на 2025рік та діяти на всіх АЗС Учасника. Розташування діючих АЗС Учасника для отримання Замовником товару мають бути розташовані у межах 30 км від Юридичної адреси Замовника (Україна, 53772, Дніпропетровська область, Криворізький район, с. Новолатівка, вул.Шкільна, будинок7А) . Фінансування закупівлі здійснюється коштами місцевого бюджету та власними коштами підприємства. Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється по видатковим накладним та на підставі рахунків (рахунків-фактур) Постачальника протягом 10( десяти) банківських днів з дати вказаної у видатковій накладній на талони( скетч-карти). Оплата вартості партії товару здійснюється Замовником шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, що визначений у Договорі. Предмет закупівлі повинен відповідати Державним стандартам України.
