Закупівля визначеного визначеного виду товару проводиться за рахунок додаткових коштів, які було виділено згідно рішення сесії сільської ради № 1184-42/VIII «Про внесення змін до Бюджету на 2023 рік» від 03 жовтня 2023 року (Довідка № 16 від 05.10.2023 … More р.) та на підставі Листа Мінекономіки від 03 вересня 2020 року № 3304-04/53972-06, а саме: «Після внесення відповідних змін до річного плану – закупівля здійснюється у разі виникнення нової (або додаткової) потреби у товарі, яку Замовник не міг передбачити. Таким чином, на підставі вищевикладеного, дану закупівлю слід вважати новим предметом договору і новим предметом закупівель». Оплата товару за рахунок додаткових коштів (інші субвенції) місцевого бюджету Троїцької ОТГ.
