Платіжні зобов’язання Замовника за укладеним договором виникають лише за наявності та в межах відповідного бюджетного призначення (бюджетних асигнувань). Бюджетні зобов’язання по цьому договору виникають в межах кошторисних призначень на 2022 рік. Замовник після затвердження кошторису може коригувати суму зобов’язань за договором відповідно до реального фінансування. Замовник не несе відповідальності за затримку проведення платежів органами казначейської служби України. Розрахунки за товар здійснюються на умовах безоплатної відстрочки платежу протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дня отримання Товар
