Договір, укладений за результатами цієї процедури набере чинності з моменту отримання резолюції Європейського Інвестиційного Банку (далі- ЄІБ) "без заперечень". У разі не надання ЄІБ резолюції "без заперечень" договірні відносини вважаються такими, що не розпочались. Жодна зі сторін майбутнього договору не несе відповідальності за резолюцію ЄІБ.
