Окіст курячий (охолоджений) - 800кг. Постачальник при постачанні повинен обов’язково дотримувати строки придатності продуктів харчування. Залишковий термін придатності на момент постачання продукції повинен бути не менше ніж 75 (сімдесят п’ять ) відсотків … загального терміну зберігання. 2.Доставка товару здійснюється Постачальником за власні кошти за адресою 03148 м. Київ. вул.. Василя Кучера 7 ; 3.Якість товару, що постачається, відповідає діючому законодавству, стандартам, технічним умовам данного виду товару, підтверджується сертифікатом якості виробника, має реєстраційні посвідчення; 4. Якщо поставлений товар виявиться неякісним, або таким, що не відповідає умовам, Постачальник зобов’язаний замінити цей товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару неналежної якості несе Постачальник; 5. Товар повинен передаватися Покупцю в упаковці, яка відповідає характеру товару, забезпечує цілісність товару та збереження його якості під час перевезення; 6. Залишаємо за собою право вибору кращого з запропонованих товарів. 7. Прохання надати товар належної якості для безперебійного функціонування пологового будинку 8. Накладні та договір з відкритою датою 9.Постачання Товару здійснюється Постачальником згідно наданої Покупцем заявки (у письмовій, усній формі, по факсу або засобами телефонного зв’язку) у строк, погоджений обома Сторонами, але не пізніше 3 днів від дати подання Покупцем відповідної заявки. 10. Постачальник гарантує поставку товару, зазначеного в специфікації, розфасованого та упакованого у спеціальні картоні ящики, які забезпечують цілісність товару .11. Сторони зобов’язуються своєчасно повідомляти про факти відправки та прибуття товару. Товар, що відрізняється від вимог замовника , зазначеними в оголошенні не розглядається та не акцептується. ОБОВ’ЗКОВО !!! ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК НА ВИМОГУ ЗАМОВНИКА ПОВИНЕН ЗА ВЛАСНІ КОШТИ ПОСТАВИТИ ПО ОДНОМУ ЗРАЗКУ ТОВАРУ ТА СЕРТИФІКАТИ НА НЬОГО. У РАЗІ НЕВІДПОВІДНОСТІ ЯКОСТІ ЗРАЗКІВ ТОВАРУ НАДАНИХ ПОЧТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ, ЗАМОВНИК МАЄ ПРАВО ВІДМОВИТИ В ПРОДОВЖЕННІ СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВА
