В зв’язку з підписанням договору на постачання природного газу, укладеного за результатами іншої переговорної процедури закупівлі з технічних та соціальних причин, а також враховуючи проведення реєстрації юридичних зобов’язань в ДКСУ за даним договором виникла необхідність відмінити дану тендерну процедуру закупівлі відкриті торги через відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі природного газу в обсягах зазначених в оголошенні про проведення процедури відкритих торгів згідно ч. 1 ст. 31 Закону.
