Explanation

Під час оголошення закупівлі було допущено технічну помилку: в Додатку №1 «Якісні та кількісні вимоги до предмету закупівлі» вказаний неправильний діапазон товщини пакетів для сміття, також вказаним матеріалом виробництва є поліетилен високого тиску, проте Замовником було з’ясовано, що для виробництва такий матеріал не використовують на 100%, а домішують інші матеріали. Відповідно такі характеристики предмету закупівлі не забезпечують рівні умови для всіх учасників аукціону та мають бути відкореговані.
