Підставою для проведення закупівлі є постанова Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 р. № 1275 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» Місце поставки товарів або місце виконання … робіт чи надання послуг: Україна, м. Дніпро Строк поставки товарів : до 31 липня 2024 року Оплата Товару проводиться Покупцем за фактично поставлений Товар на підставі розрахункових документів видаткової накладної (акта приймання – передачі товарів) шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця. Вказані документи мають бути оформлені відповідно вимог чинного законодавства України. Оплата за фактично поставлений Товар проводяться Покупцем у безготівковій формі протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання розрахункових документів видаткової накладної (акта приймання – передачі товарів) обома Сторонами.
