Поставка товару здійснюється партіями відповідно до заявок Покупця. Товар поставляється в ВАКУУМНІЙ УПАКОВЦІ по: філе куряче, охолоджене вакуумна упаковка 10 кг; яловичина тазостегнова, без кістки, охолоджена вакуумна упаковка 5 кг лопатка яловича без … кістки, охолоджена вакуумна упаковка 10 кг. Розрахунок за товар здійснюється відповідно до частини 1 статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України на підставі підписаної Сторонами видаткової накладної протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів, за умови отримання Покупцем відповідного бюджетного фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки за товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Покупцем відповідного бюджетного призначення на фінансування оплати товару на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
