Контейнер для забору сечі стерильний з градуюванням, не стійкий до автоклавування, 120 мл, №1

Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику товар, якість якого відповідає умовам, встановленим чинним законодавством України до цієї категорії товарів та має бути підтверджена сертифікатами відповідності, або сертифікатами якості виробника, або іншими … документами, передбаченими чинним законодавством. Строк придатності товару на момент поставки на склад Замовника повинен становити не менше 80% від передбаченого. Замовник має право відмовитися від прийняття Товару, який не відповідає за якістю умовам Договору. Товар неналежної якості підлягає обов’язковому поверненню Постачальнику. Постачальник зобов'язаний замінити дефектний товар на протязі 3 банківських днів. Всі витрати, пов'язані із заміною товару по якості, несе Постачальник. Строк поставки товару: протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів від дати оформлення заявки. Місце поставки товару: 49069, Україна, Дніпропетровська область, м. Дніпро, просп. Богдана Хмельницького, буд.19. Розвантаження товару по місцю призначення проводиться Постачальником. Товар повинен передаватися Замовнику в упаковці підприємства виробника, яка не повинна бути деформованою або пошкодженою.
