ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК повинен розглянути заявку ЗАМОВНИКА у строк не більше 48 (сорока восьми) годин … з моменту її отримання, та надати письмове повідомлення про те, що заявка прийнята, з цього моменту заявка вважається узгодженою. Товар повинен бути поставлений ЗАМОВНИКУ протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати узгодження заявки ЗАМОВНИКА, якщо інше не узгоджено Сторонами додатково. ЗАМОВНИК здійснює оплату Товару на підставі видаткової накладної протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту поставки Товару
