Технічні умови або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива, затвердженому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927. Показники якості повинні відповідати значенням норм за екологічним класом Євро5.. -Товар повинний бути поставлений до 31.12.2024року. -Термін дії талонів на пальне повинен становити не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником
