Підставою для проведення закупівлі є постанова Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 р. № 1275 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» Місце поставки товарів або місце виконання … робіт чи надання послуг: Україна, м. Дніпро Строк поставки товарів : до 31 травня 2024 року Оплата Товару проводиться Замовником за фактично поставлений Товар на підставі розрахункових документів видаткової накладної (акта приймання – передачі товарів) шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Вказані документи мають бути оформлені відповідно вимог чинного законодавства України. Оплата за фактично поставлений Товар проводяться Замовником у безготівковій формі протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання вказаних вище розрахункових документів обома Сторонами.
