Предмет закупівлі: Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон, 1л, код за ДК 021:2015: 09130000-9 - Нафта і дистиляти. Кількість: 7 500 літрів. Вимоги щодо умов відпуску нафтопродуктів за талонами: Продаж дизельного палива повинен здійснюватися через стаціонарну … мережу автозаправних станцій, що призначені для заправки транспортних засобів пальним, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами» від 20.12.1997 р. № 1442 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Фактичний відпуск нафтопродуктів буде здійснюватися замовнику/покупцю цілодобово за талонами безпосередньо на власних та/або партнерських та/або орендованих автозаправних станціях учасника/продавця, які розташовані у кожній області України. Заправка автотранспорту буде здійснюватися відповідно до потреб замовника/покупця за письмовим/електронним замовленням/заявкою. Талони мають прийматися на всіх АЗС, що перелічені в договорі про закупівлю. Вимоги щодо талонів: термін дії талонів безстроковий, номіналом 10 л та 20 л. У разі необхідності (обмін талонів старого зразку на талони нового зразку, закінчення терміну дії талонів, дефекти талонів тощо) Учасник/Постачальник забезпечує протягом п'яти робочих днів безкоштовний обмін талонів рівнозначного номіналу без врахування коливання ціни, як протягом дії Договору так і впродовж терміну дії талонів. Порядок оплати: протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів після постачання товару, згідно видаткових накладних Строк поставки: до 10 червня 2024 року Місце поставки: м. Дніпро, вул. Панікахи, буд. 23
