З урахуванням території обслуговування управління Учасник повинен мати розвинену мережу власних, орендованих та/або партнерських стаціонарних автозаправних станцій (далі – АЗС) по всій території України, обов’язково у місті Краматорськ та Донецькій … області (підконтрольній території), на яких Учасник гарантує заправку транспортних засобів Замовника. (АЗС повинні бути призначені для заправки транспортних засобів паливом, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Правил роздрібної торгівлі нафтопродуктами» від 20.12.1997 № 1442). Зазначена вимога обґрунтована необхідністю забезпечення максимальної економії бюджетних коштів
