М'якоть без кістки яловича, охолоджена, ДСТУ 4589, 1 кг

Поставка товару: а саме яловичини без кості, охолодженої (не замороженої), вищого ґатунку без жил, грубих поверхневих плівок, відповідно кольору, без сторонніх запахів, що відповідає вимогам ДСТУ 4589:2006, здійснюється упродовж трьох днів з дати … надходження заявки Замовника переданої телефонним зв’язком один раз на 14 днів у кількості 50-60 кг. Строк придатності товару на момент поставки на склад замовника повинен становити не менше 80% від передбаченого терміну придатності виробника. Розвантаження товару відбувається у склад кухні силами та за рахунок Постачальника у робочі дні (понеділок-п’ятниця 3 8.00 до 15.00. Товари походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь поставці за цим договором не підлягають. Станом на момент підписання Договору учасник має надати декларацію відповідності/декларацію виробника на товар. Ненадання перелічених документів вважатиметься відмовою від підписання/укладення цього договору. УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ: Розрахунки за товар здійснюються за фактом постачання товару протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати поставки товару, зазначеної в накладній на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 календарних днів.
