Придбання пально-мастильних матеріалів (талонів): дизельне паливо (ДК 021:2015:09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти; ДК 021:2015:09134200-9 Дизельне паливо)

Дизельне паливо надається по талонам (номіналом 5, 10, 15, 20 літрів) з терміном використання не менше 6 місяців з дати підписання договору. Талони є підставою для видачі (заправки) з АЗС вказаного у карті об’єму і марки товару, після чого всі обов’язки … сторін по погашених талонах вважаються виконаними, при цьому Постачальник не може передати Замовнику товар іншої марки чи в кількості меншій, ніж зазначено в талоні. Передача Замовнику товару здійснюється Постачальником на АЗС в межах України, зокрема у м. Дніпро та Дніпропетровській області, шляхом заправки автомобілів Замовника при пред’явленні довіреними особами Замовника талони. Умови постачання Товару – самовивезення. Замовник зобов’язується отримати Товар на АЗС до закінчення терміну дії довірчого документу який зазначений на довірчому документі. З моменту переходу до Замовника права власності на пальне та до моменту його фактичного отримання на АЗС, пальне перебуває на відповідальному безкоштовному зберіганні у Постачальника.
