ДК 021:2015: 09130000-9 - Нафта і дистиляти ( Бензин А-95 (талони))

Учасник повинен мати (у користуванні або у власності) розгалужену мережу АЗС . Найближча відстань до АЗС не повинна перевищувати 10 км від смт Петропавлівка, Синельниківського району, Дніпропетровської області. Паливо, що перейшло у власність Замовника, … зберігається на АЗС Учасника до моменту передачі Палива Учасником по Талонах Замовнику. Талони на отримання нафтопродуктів – документи, встановленої Постачальником форми, що дозволяє його пред'явнику отримати товар на АЗС. Талон не є засобом розрахунків/платежів між Сторонами. Талон містить інформацію про вид і об'єм нафтопродуктів, якими буде заправлений автотранспорт Замовника при наданні таких талонів на АЗС. У разі, якщо Постачальник здійснює перехід на талони нового зразку, він повинен здійснити рівноцінний обмін талонів старого зразка, що залишилися у Замовника та не були реалізовані, на талони нового зразка. Постачальник оновлює талони (замінює на нові, продовжує термін дії) в повному обсязі, без зміни кількості літрів та вимог доплат. Номінал талонів:10, 20 літрів Паливо повинно відпускатись цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення талонів на власних або орендованих або партнерських АЗС учасника закупівлі.
