Дизельне паливо

Місце поставки товару здійснюється через АЗС, шляхом використання талонів на дизельне паливо. Поставка та передача товару здійснюється за талонами єдиного уніфікованого зразка. Учасник повинен мати у користуванні або у власності АЗС (мережу АЗС) або … партнерські заправні станції, які повинні бути розташовані на території міста Андрушівка. З моменту видачі талонів Замовнику та до моменту фактичного отримання (відпуску) дизельного палива на АЗС Постачальника, пальне перебуває на повному відповідальному безкоштовному зберіганні у Постачальника. Строк дії талонів на видачу дизельного палива повинен бути не менше 12 (дванадцяти) місяців з дати передачі їх Замовнику з можливістю продовження терміну їх дії не менш як на 6 (шість) місяців. Розрахунки за кожну поставлену партію Продукції здійснюється Замовником у безготівковому порядку в українській національній валюті – гривні , шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дня отримання Продукції враховуючи вимоги постанови № 590 від 09.06.2021р (зі змінами та доповненнями).
