Передача Товару (відпуск) здійснюється по факту пред’явлення Покупцем (уповноваженим представником … Покупця) талону. Талон є документом встановленого зразка та форми, одноразового використання, що посвідчує право власності Покупця та/або уповноваженого представника Покупця на одержання певної кількості (обсягу) та певної марки Товару на АЗС.
