Постачальник має забезпечити безумовний, цілодобовий і безперебійний відпуск пального на АЗС (власних, орендованих або партнерських) за талонами або скретч-картками Постачальника. Не менше ніж одна АЗС повинна знаходитися в межах смт. Софіївка … Криворізького району Дніпропетровської області. Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити Покупцю талони або скретч-картки протягом 4 (чотирьох) робочих днів з дня укладення Договору. Умови оплати товару: Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дати поставки Товару на адресу Покупця на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної. Термін дії талону або скретч-карток повинен бути не менше 12 місяців.
