Розрахунки здійснюються в національній валюті у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів Замовником на банківський рахунок Постачальника на протязі 30 календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару згідно … видаткової накладної, з урахуванням вимог пункту 19 Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 09 червня 2021 року № 590 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Доставка товару (талонів) здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Строк поставки товару: Поставка товару на весь замовлений обсяг, орієнтовно до 01.05.2024 року. З метою забезпечення безперебійної роботи службового автотранспорту та забезпечення мінімальних витрат на переїзд транспортних засобів Замовника, обов’язково наявність АЗС Постачальника у межах смт Слобожанське, смт Царичанка, смт Магдалинівка, смт Софіївка, смт Солоне Дніпропетровської області. Паливо повинно відпускатись цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення талонів на власних або орендованих або партнерських з всіх АЗС запропонованих Постачальником закупівлі. Товар не повинен бути походжений з Російської Федерації / Республіки Білорусь
