Умови постачання: декілька поставок згідно заявки замовника, протягом 2024 року. Розвантаження, занос в приміщення (за потреби підйом на поверх) за рахунок постачальника. Товар повинен супроводжуватися документами (копіями декларації, яка підтверджує … можливість введення в обіг та/або експлуатацію (застосування) медичного виробу за результатами проходження процедури оцінки відповідності згідно вимог технічного регламенту, сертифікатами якості виробника (паспорт) на партію де вказується дата виготовлення, умови та термін зберігання) завіреними Постачальником належним чином. Термін придатності товару на момент поставки буде не менше ніж 80% від загального терміну придатності. Оплата проводиться після пред’явлення постачальником накладної на товар протягом п'ятнадцяти робочих днів з моменту підписання накладної замовником
