-Скретч-картки/талони повинні бути номіналом 10 літрів – безтермінові. -Заправка по скретч-картках/талонах має здійснюватися Постачальником цілодобово на його АЗС по всій території України за вибором Замовника. -Наявність достатньо розгалуженої мережі … АЗС в Україні та в Дніпропетровській області. -Якість товару повинна відповідати діючим в Україні Держстандартам та ТУ підприємства виробника і підтверджується Сертифікатом відповідності підприємства – виробника. Підтвердження якості з боку Учасника є паспорт технічного контролю (якості) нафтопродукту на відповідність вимог ДСТУ 7687:2015 «Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови» для бензину, який Учасник разом із Сертифікатом надає Замовнику. -Упаковка скретч-карт/талонів повинна бути цілісною, не пошкодженою. - Учасник повинен забезпечити відпуск Товару щоденно та цілодобово. -В ціну товару включається вартість всіх витрат Учасника. Оплата Товару Замовником здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару. Строк поставки талонів не пізніше 17.04.2024 року.
