Товар повинен відповідати екологічним нормам, що встановлені ДСТУ 7687:2015 (ДСТУ 4839:2007). Технічні умови» або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива (затвердженого постановою Кабінету … Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927 - із змінами); Кількість заправок на яких можливо отримати пальне по талонам номіналом 5л.,10л.,20 л. літрів, повинно бути в достатній кількості, але не менш ніж 5-ти АЗС в м. Кривий Ріг та Криворізькому районі; найближча заправка повинна знаходитись на відстані від закладу Замовника (Криворізький район. с.Глеюватка, вул.Олександра Кірова, 1а) не більше ніж 12-15 км. (обумовлено економією палива та амортазиційним ресурсом транспортних засобів Замовника).Паливо (бензин, дизельне паливо) повино відпускатися цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення талонів на власних, орендованих, або партнерських АЗС Постачальника в м. Кривий Ріг Дніпропетровської обласіті та Криворізькому районі. Поставка та передача у власність Покупця товару здійснюється за талонами єдиного уніфікованого зразка номіналом 10,20 літрів, по яких буде можливість заправки по всіх запропонованих АЗС.Учасник повинен організувати та забезпечувати безперебійну заправку паливом відповідної якості по бланкам внутрішнього обігу (талонам) термін дії яких повинен бути необмежений, та які можуть бути використані в мережі АЗС Учасника
