Наявність мережі АЗС (власних та/або орендованих та/або партнерських) у м. Кривий Ріг (в тому числі не менше однієї АЗС з мережі з наявністю бензину А-95 на відстані не більше ніж 5 км від місця розташування Замовника (місто Кривий Ріг, вулиця Маршака … 1а). Номінал талонів на пальне 10 та/або 15 літрів (талони номіналом 10л становлять не менше 70% від загальної кількості об’єму постачання). Термін дії талонів необмежений або не менше 12 місяців з дати укладання договору.
