Оплата вартості поставленого Товару здійснюється Замовником протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту передачі йому у власність Товару на підставі … рахунку та підписаної Сторонами видаткової накладної. Колір оббивки узгоджується з замовником при укладанні договору (орієнтовно - чорний або графітовий). Поставка та розвантаження Товару, зокрема занесення його до місця зберігання матеріальних цінностей за адресою Замовника: м. Дніпро, вул. Ближня, 31, здійснюється власними силами Постачальника.
