Закупівля згідно постанови КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022р., п.11 (зі змінами та доповненнями). Вид закупівлі : Запит (ціни) пропозиції. Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником окремими (невеликими) партіями та на підставі заявки Покупця. Покупець має … право коригувати кількість Товару в залежності від потреб та реального фінансування видатків (але в межах укладеного Договору). Постачальник гарантує, що Товар, який постачається за цим Договором, відповідає його ціновій пропозиції та вимогам якості. Оплата вартості Товару- безготівкова післяоплата. У випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки проводяться протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником на свій реєстраційний рахунок бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі.
