У разі розбіжностей з вимогами Замовника щодо одиниці виміру товару, обов'язково враховуйте перерахунок кількості відповідно до одиниці виміру, при подачі пропозиції!!!! 1. Поставка товару здійснюється по першій вимогі, але не пізніше п’яти днів з дня … отримання Постачальником замовлення від Замовника (виключно у робочі дні з 9:00 до 14:00) за телефоном та/або на електронну адресу. 2. Період поставки товару: з моменту підписання договору до 31.12.2024 року. 3. Місце поставки товару: КП «РМЦРЗ» ДОР», 49100, Україна, Дніпропетровська область, м. Дніпро, Космічна, 13. 4. При постачанні товар повинен супроводжуватися документами, передбаченими чинним законодавством. 5. При передачі товару Постачальник повинен передати Замовнику наступні документи (на кожну партію поставки): видаткову накладну, рахунок. 6. Передача-приймання товару здійснюється у присутності представників Постачальника та Замовника. Право власності на поставлений товар переходить від Постачальника до Замовника в момент підписання останнім накладної. 7. У випадку встановлення порушення якості товару відповідно до встановлених супровідних документів на нього або нестачі будь-яких його складових Замовником та Постачальником складається окремий Акт, на підставі якого Замовник пред’являє претензію винній Стороні
