Статтею 23 Закону України «Про реабілітацію осіб з інвалідністю в Україні» та пунктом 18 Індивідуальної програми реабілітації інваліда передбачено, що особа з інвалідністю (законний представник недієздатної особи з інвалідністю, дитини з інвалідністю) … зобов’язана брати участь у виборі та погоджувати призначення конкретних допоміжних засобів реабілітації, медичних виробів, реабілітаційних послуг і санаторно-курортного лікування тощо в межах її індивідуальної програми реабілітації у порядку, визначеному Кабінетом Міністрів України. Тому технічні вимоги до товару враховують побажання та вибір пацієнтів – осіб з інвалідністю: Підгузки Bella Baby Happy Junior 5 – вагова група від 12 до 25 кг; Підгузки дитячі Bella Baby Happy Junior Extra 16+ кг - вагова група 16+ кг. Поставка партіями на підставі заявки Замовника, до 31.12.2024. Оплата здійснюється за фактично поставлений товар протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після підписання документів, які підтверджують приймання товару.
