Строк постачання товару: Строк поставки товару – з дати підписання договору до 05.03.2024 року (включно). Постачальник здійснює постачання товару згідно зі специфікацією (додаток № 1) та у відповідності технічній специфікації (додаток № 1.1), одноразово, … у робочі дні з 8:00 до 15:00 години. Місце постачання товару: Склад КОМУНАЛЬНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА «ДНІПРОПЕТРОВСЬКА ОБЛАСНА КЛІНІЧНА ЛІКАРНЯ ІМ. І.І. МЕЧНИКОВА» ДНІПРОПЕТРОВСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСНОЇ РАДИ», площа Соборна, будинок 14, місто Дніпро, 49005, Україна. Розвантаження товару здійснюється в приміщення складу лікарні представниками Постачальника. Спосіб постачання товару: При постачанні товар повинен супроводжуватися документами, передбаченими чинним законодавством України, зокрема інструкція з використання, гарантійний талон тощо. Упаковка товару повинна відповідати стандартам фірми-виробника, встановленим для даного виду товару, і захищати його від пошкоджень або псування під час перевезення (доставки). Приймання-здача товару проводиться на складі КП «ДОКЛ ІМ.МЕЧНИКОВА» ДОР» згідно з товарно-супровідними документами: видатковою накладною, товарно-транспортною накладною за наявністю документу(ів), виданого(их) виробником товару, в якому(их) зазначений(і) гарантійний(і) термін(и) на товар. Перехід ризиків за товар здійснюється в момент передачі товару по видатковій накладній. Постачальник несе відповідальність за пошкодження товару внаслідок транспортування до моменту передачі товару Замовнику в місці постачання. Умови оплати товару: Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються згідно з рахунком(ами) на підставі видаткової(их) накладної(их) на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів. У разі затримки надходжень коштів від Національної служби здоров’я України на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника, розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати отримання Замовником коштів на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Розрахунки за товар здійснюються в безготівковому порядку. Джерело фінансування – надходження від НСЗУ та власних коштів. Витрати коштів провадяться виключно в межах і за рахунок фактичних надходжень коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника.
