Четвертина задня куряча, охолоджена, ДСТУ 3143, 1 кг; Філе куряче, охолоджене, ДСТУ 3143, 1 кг; Печінка яловича, заморожена, 1 кг

Поставка партіями (чверть - ≈ по 25 кг; філе - ≈ по 35 кг; печінка - ≈ по 8 кг) не рідше 2-х разів на тиждень (згідно наданого Замовником попереднього замовлення), до 31.12.2024 року. Строк поставки товарів: до 10 години ранку протягом строку дії … договору. Моментом постачання вважається дата прибуття товару в місце постачання. Розвантаження здійснюється представниками ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються з урахуванням ст.ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом поставки товару, у разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань, протягом 30 календарних днів після отримання належним чином оформленої видаткової накладної. У випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування Замовник зобов’язується сплатити вартість поставленого товару впродовж 3-х банківських днів з дати отримання бюджетних коштів.
