000007-15320000-153230-40996564; 000008-15320000-109888-40996564 Доставка здійснюється в обсягах, зазначених у заявці замовника, в залежності від фактичної потреби, але не рідше 1 разу на тиждень, за адресою м. Кривий Ріг, вул. Шкапенка, б.1 дрібними … партіями в залежності від потреби з моменту одержання Постачальником заявки Замовника будь-яким способом впродовж дії договору спеціалізованим транспортом Постачальника та за його рахунок. На момент поставки термін придатності до споживання товару повинен складати не менше, ніж 90% до загального терміну придатності до споживання. Кожна партія повинна супроводжуватися документом, який засвідчує якість товару встановленого законодавством зразка відповідно до специфіки товару. Сік фруктовий та томатний вищого ґатунку має бути отриманий з доброякісних стиглих свіжих або збережених свіжими плодів завдяки охолодженню. Сік має бути виробленим із сумішей фруктів та ягід, мати приємний, освіжаючий смак, без сторонніх включень, не допускається осад на дні, упаковане у спожиткове пакування типу тетрапак із відповідного до санітарно-гігієнічних норм об’ємом не менше 0,95 літр. Упаковка має бути герметичною. Дефекти упаковки недопустимі. Товар має бути якісним. Маркування на кожній пакованій одиниці у відповідності до чинного законодавства України. На кожній одиниці фасування повинна бути наступна інформація: назва харчового продукту, назва та адреса підприємства-виробника, вага нетто, склад, дата виготовлення, термін придатності та умови зберігання, що має бути зазначено на упаковці товару. Спосіб поставки: поставка товару на склад замовника окремими партіями в залежності від потреби по 31.12.2024, розвантаження товару здійснюється представниками постачальника в приміщення складу харчоблоку; Умови оплати: розрахунок за поставлену партію товару здійснюється в розмірі 100 % упродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати поставки товару на адресу замовника на підставі наданого оригіналу видаткової накладної
