Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, без розподілу з 01.01.2024 по 31.12.2024 року включно, згідно Переліку точок комерційного обліку за об’єктами Споживача. Оплата здійснюється відповідно до статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Згідно зі статтею 23 … Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлену електричну енергію здійснюється упродовж 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати отримання Споживачем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Замовник укладає договір з переможцем відбору та/або відхиляє пропозицію переможця відбору відповідно до Постанови КМУ №822 від 14 вересня 2020р. «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» (із змінами та доповненнями). Якщо підписантом договору про закупівлю за результатом цього запиту ціни пропозиції є особа, яка не є керівником, зазначеним у Єдиному державному реєстрі юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань, з договором про закупівлю надати документ, яким підтверджується повноваження цієї особи підписувати договори (довіреність, доручення на таку особу тощо).
