Електрична енергія, формульне ціноутворення, з розподілом. Термін постачання електричної енергії до об’єктів споживача: цілодобово, з 01.01.2024 по 31.12.2024 включно. Найменування Оператора, з яким Замовником укладено договір розподілу електричної … енергії - ПАТ «ЗАПОРІЖЖЯОБЛЕНЕРГО». Клас напруги – 2. Розрахунковий період – календарний місяць. Умови оплати – пiсляоплата, 100%, 10 (десять) банківських днів, на підставі виставленого Акту приймання-передачі електричної енергії. Договір про закупівлю укладається відповідно до Цивільного кодексу України, Господарського кодексу України, Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії» та Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, від 14.03.2018 № 312 (далі – ПРРЕЕ), Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування».
