Електрична енергія, формульне ціноутворення, з розподілом

Учасник запиту ціни пропозицій повинен врахувати наступні вимоги до формування ціни. Розрахунок ціни пропозиції повинен здійснюватися наступним чином: Р = Ni план * (Црдн. +М + Тпер.)*1,2, грн. з ПДВ де, Р – ціна пропозиції, у гривні (UAH) Ni план – … плановий обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії для відповідного об’єкта Замовника (обсяг закупівлі), кВт*год. Црдн –середньозважена ціна на РДН за квітень 2024 року – 3,33377 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ за даними ДП «Оператор ринку» розміщеними на його веб сайті https://www.oree.com.ua/; Т пер. – тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії згідно постанови НКРЕКП від 09.12.2023 №2322 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2024 рік» – 0,52857 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ; тариф на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії згідно постанови НКРЕКП від 09.12.2023 №2339 «Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії ПРАТ «РІВНЕОБЛЕНЕРГО» із застосуванням стимулюючого регулювання» – 1,34441 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ; 1,2 – математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ-20 %); М – маржа (вартість послуг Учасника), запропонована Учасником. Маржа не може бути від’ємною величиною. Маржа розраховується замовником у гривнях згідно розрахунку, наведеного у даному пункті, та включається в договір про закупівлю. Розрахунковим періодом за цим Договором є календарний місяць. Оплата вартості електричної енергії здійснюється Споживачем у безготівковому вигляді, шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Постачальника, зазначений у Договорі. Датою оплати вважається дата зарахування коштів на рахунок Постачальника. Оплата вважається здійсненою після того, як на рахунок Постачальника надійшла вся сума коштів, що підлягає сплаті за куповану електричну енергію відповідно до умов цього Договору. Рахунок Постачальника зазначається у платіжних документах Постачальника, у тому числі у разі його зміни.Оплата Актів за спожиту електроенергію здійснюється Споживачем у 100% розмірі протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після надіслання Акту, на умовах комерційної пропозиції, яка є Додатком №2 до цього Договору. Всі платіжні документи, що виставляються Постачальником Споживачу, мають містити чітку інформацію про суму платежу, порядок та строки оплати, що погоджені Сторонами цього Договору, а також інформацію щодо адреси, телефонів, офіційних веб-сайтів для отримання інформації про подання звернень, скарг та претензій щодо якості постачання електричної енергії та надання повідомлень про загрозу електробезпеки.
