Напівтуша яловича, охолоджена, 1 категорія, ДСТУ 6030, 1 кг Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником на підставі зробленої заявки Покупця протягом одного календарного дня з моменту надання заявки, протягом 2024 року, за адресою 40031, м.Суми, … вул.Ковпака, 22. Постачальник має право на дострокову поставку Товару тільки за письмовим погодженням з Покупцем. Поставка товару здійснюється транспортом Постачальника виключно спеціалізованими автомобілями із додержанням температурного режиму відповідно до вимог Правил перевезення вантажів автомобільним транспортом в Україні. Навантаження, доставка та розвантаження товару на місці призначення (склад замовника) здійснюється Постачальником і входить до ціни товару. Всі працівники Постачальника, які мають відношення до постачання продуктів харчування, повинні мати особову медичну книжку з результатами проходження обов’язкових медичних оглядів. Товар, що поставляється за цим Договором, повинен супроводжуватись наступними документами: - накладною; - посвідченням про якість чи декларацією виробника; - іншими документами на вимогу Покупця що підтверджує відповідність товару вимогам, встановленим до нього загальнообов’язковими на території України нормами і правилами Розрахунки за кожну поставлену партію товару здійснюються в безготівковій формі протягом 10 банківських днів з моменту підписання накладної на партію товару
