Встановлено, що Замовником при оголошенні запиту ціни пропозиції допущено технічну помилку та зазначено обсяг закупівлі 200 кг замість 200 одиниць упаковок по 2,2 кг кожна, що не відповідає дійсній потребі Замовника. Крім цього, у Замовника відсутня подальша потреба у закупівлі порошку для прання саме бренду LOSK.
