Учасник повинен мати (у користуванні або у власності) розгалужену мережу АЗС. Найближча відстань до АЗС не повинна перевищувати 30 км від місцезнаходження Замовника (с. Миколаївка, Дніпровський район, Дніпропетровська область, 52061). Талон містить … інформацію про вид і об'єм нафтопродуктів. У разі, якщо Постачальник здійснює перехід на талони нового зразку, він повинен здійснити рівноцінний обмін талонів старого зразка, що залишилися у Замовника та не були реалізовані, на талони нового зразка. Постачальник оновлює талони (замінює на нові, продовжує термін дії) в повному обсязі, без зміни кількості літрів та вимог доплат. Номінал талонів: 10, 15, 20 літрів.
