Постачання Товару Продавцем здійснюється Покупцю протягом 10 робочих днів від дати підписання Сторонами Договору. Вартість доставки входить у ціну товару. Товар постачається в упаковці, що забезпечує його цілісність і збереження. Право власності Покупця, … на поставлений товар, виникає з моменту приймання товару, факт якого засвідчується відміткою Покупця на відповідній видатковій накладній. Під час отримання Товару, представник Покупця підписує видаткову накладну (або накладні) на партію Товару, а також передає Продавцю належним чином оформлену Довіреність встановленого зразка на отримання товарно-матеріальних цінностей. Папір для друку постачається на адресу замовника однією партією відповідно до умов договору. Умови оплати - 100% післяоплата. Оплата Покупцем здійснюється за фактично поставлений Продавцем товар на підставі накладної. За відсутності у зазначеному періоді на відповідному рахунку Покупця коштів, виділених на оплату зобов'язань, оплату Покупець здійснює протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів з моменту надходження коштів на рахунок Покупця.
