Очікувана потреба на 2024 рік. Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), та дизельне паливо (Євро5) в талонах та/або скретч-картках номіналом не більше 20 літрів, термін дії талонів/скретч-карток - необмежений термін використання, по всій території України (крім тимчасово … окупованої територій). Учасник гарантує заправку транспортних засобів Замовника в мережі АЗС Учасника на відстані не більше 10 км від місця розташування Виконавчого комітету Покровської селищної ради (смт. Покровське, Синельниківський район, Дніпропетровська область). Умови постачання Товару - самовивезення. Замовник зобов’язується отримати Товар на АЗС. Оплата здійснюється замовником в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника в порядку статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Замовник не вважається таким, що прострочив виконання грошового зобов’язання у разі затримки Державною казначейською службою України проведення оплати належних чином оформлених платіжних документів. Покупець гарантує оплату конкретної партії товару протягом 10 банківських днів з дня поставки конкретної партії товару, шляхом здійснення прямого банківського переводу коштів на рахунок Постачальника.
