Пунктом 65 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 встановлено, що замовник може відмінити запит ціни пропозицій до укладення договору про закупівлю. Умовами закупівлі та проектом договору було передбачено поставку товару до 28.08.2023 року. Станом на 29.08.2023 переможець договір не підписав і товар не поставив. У зв’язку з наявним фактом неукладення договору про закупівлю із переможцем відбору та непоставки товару в строк, визначений умовами закупівлі, потрібно прийняти рішення про відміну запиту ціни пропозицій щодо Закупівлі.
