АЗС має знаходитися на відстані не більше 1.5 км від селища Дослідне (Дніпропетровська обл) де розташовується гараж Інституту . - Паливо повинно відпускатись цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення замовником талонів номіналом по 10 л, або 15 л, або 20 л … . -Бензин А-95 повинен відповідати вимогам ДСТУ 7687:2015 «Бензини автомобільні Євро. Технічні умови або Технічному регламенту щодо вимог до автомобільних бензинів, дизельного, суднового та котельного палива, затвердженому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.08.2013 № 927. Показники якості повинні відповідати значенням норм за екологічним класом Євро5.. -Товар ( талони) повинні бути поставлені до 30.06.2023року. -Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється на підставі видаткової накладної за рахунок коштів Державного бюджету України за безготівковим розрахунком шляхом їх перерахування на рахунок Постачальника протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів від дати постачання Товару. -Термін дії талонів на пальне повинен становити не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх отримання Замовником.
