Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії повинна бути розрахована без урахування вартості послуг з розподілу електричної енергії. Істотні умови договору про закупівлю: 1. Поставка здійснюється за 4-ма різними адресами структурних підрозділів Головного … управління Держгеокадастру у Дніпропетровській області, які розташовані у м. Кривий Ріг, смт. Софіївка, смт. Царичанка, смт. Кринички (більш детальна інформація наведена у додатку до річного плану "Місце поставки електричної енергії"). 2. Обсяги закупівлі Товару можуть бути зменшені Споживачем, зокрема залежно від потреби Споживача або з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача відповідно до показників кошторису. 3. Ціна за одиницю Товару не підлягає збільшенню, за виключенням випадків, передбачених законодавством у сфері здійснення публічних закупівель. Зміна умов Договору в частині збільшення його ціни у випадках, визначених законодавством про публічні закупівлі, здійснюється шляхом укладення додаткової угоди про внесення змін до Договору. 4. Оплата вартості спожитої електричної енергії здійснюється Споживачем у безготівковій формі на банківський рахунок Постачальника впродовж (п'яти) робочих днів після підписання Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі обсягів купівлі-продажу електричної енергії за відповідний розрахунковий період. Оплата у грудні 2023 року здійснюється за фактично отриману електричну енергію у періоді з 01 по 23 грудня 2023 року. За період з 24 по 31 грудня 2023 року оплата здійснюється протягом січня 2024 року в межах кошторисних призначень на 2024 рік
