Електрична енергія за кодом 09310000-5 Електрична енергія національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник»

Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу. Запит ціни пропозиції та укладання договору проводиться з урахуванням вимог постанови кабінету міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 "Про затвердження особливостей … здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування". Розрахунки за поставлену електричну енергію проводяться Замовником у безготівковому порядку протягом 20 календарних днів шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника на підставі акту приймання-передачі електричної енергії, підписаного уповноваженими представниками Сторін.
