Description:

Оплата проводиться після пред'явлення Постачальником накладної на товар , але не пізніше ніж через 30 днів з дня отримання товару Замовником. Оплата товару здійснюється Замовником в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на рахунок Постачальника.Згідно ст.23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов'язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лиш за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення . Фінансування здійснюється за кошти місцевого (обласного) бюджету.
