Потреба в закупівлі газу на період з листопада 2021 року по грудень 2021 року. На період до укладення договору з новим постачальником постачання природного газу виконує постачальник «останньої надії». Постачальником останньої надії (далі – ПОН) в 2021 … році є ТОВ «Газопостачальна компанія «Нафтогаз України» відповідно до урядового конкурсу. Постанова Кабінету Міністрів України від 25 жовтня 2021 року № 1102 регулює те, що ПОН здійснює постачання природного газу для бюджетних установ з 1 жовтня по 30 листопада 2021 року за ціною, що не може перевищувати 16,8 грн. за 1 куб.м. з урахуванням ПДВ. Відповідно до чинного законодавста користуватись послугами ПОНу споживач може не більше 60 днів.
